Challenge: As competitors copy our brand messaging, stand out with a fresh take that connects emotionally and aspirationally with leads and purchasers.

Opportunity: Position Boll & Branch as playing a key role in customizing the most extraordinary expression of the holiday season.

Creative Solution: We created a world for our customer that embodies the most beautiful feeling. Every detail, like our products, is crafted with intention to provide the comfort that feels custom. This world building included traditional tactics, from a commercial to performance driving assets, as well as in-person experiences, notably our Greenwich Hotel Penthouse takeover, and our wrapping station in our stores.
